Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens…

Another rainy, dark day leads me to dream of hot, still days when the air seems heavy and damp. Days when I´d wear this:

… As Kling, or a airy, dangerously Monroe-ish thing like the one found on the streets of New York.

But for now, will settle with outdoor opera for the night – The Turn of the Screw, adapted for the scene by Benjamin Britten but originally a novel written by Henry James. With an enormous white canvas stretched out over our heads to shelter us from the rain, this is where I´ll spend my night:

Läckö Slott courtyard

Läckö Slott, which I´ve written about earlier, also has a fantastic restaurant as well as beautiful surroundings. I will try to get there in time to take a stroll through the herb garden as well.

Will be a lovely afternoon and evening despite the rain.

About thejojonetwork

The feeling you get when something touches you genuinely. A movie, a picture, a place or a song. I will sort through the dayly buzz and try to find the glimpses of gold that lights a spark in me. All the fantastic things that you sometimes take for granted. Take a look around and lit the spark.
